With over 14 years of experience in nephrology, including outpatient and inpatient dialysis, I bring expertise in chronic illness management, evidence-based practice, and collaborative care.
My vision is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and supported. I am committed to empowering individuals through education, fostering trust, and building strong therapeutic relationships that prioritize their well-being. By blending clinical expertise with a warm and approachable demeanor, I aim to ensure each patient feels valued and cared for.
When I’m not in scrubs, I enjoy staying active outdoors, exploring nature, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Her career has been deeply rooted in behavioral health and psychiatry, where she has built meaningful connections with patients, families, and colleagues. Through her work, she ensures that each individual feels supported, respected, and cared for like family.
Currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, Akisha is committed to expanding her expertise and making a greater impact in the field. Known for her approachable and trustworthy demeanor, she fosters an environment where patients feel empowered and understood.
As an educator, she shares her passion for nursing by mentoring and guiding the next generation of healthcare professionals. To her, nursing is more than a profession it is a mission to provide care with compassion, competence, and a personal touch.

Samantha Lee is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with 6 years of experience in nursing and 4 years of experience in critical care medicine. She was drawn to the field of psychiatry due to a deep passion for providing holistic, compassionate care that addresses both the mental and physical well-being of patients.
Samantha earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is experienced in providing care to patients across the lifespan and for a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
With a focus on psychiatric assessments, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic interventions, Samantha is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that foster mental wellness and overall well-being Her approach to care emphasizes empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the development of strong therapeutic relationships. By collaborating with her patients, she strives to empower and support them in their journey toward mental health.
Outside of her clinical work, Samantha enjoys traveling, hiking with her golden retriever, Jasper, and spending quality time with her husband.

Josil George is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With a strong foundation in critical care nursing since 2019, Josil brings a deep understanding of both physical and mental health to his practice.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he developed a passion for psychiatric care and holistic healing.
Josil is experienced in diagnosing and treating a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. He is committed to creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.

Dr. Jennifer Vroman, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) dedicated to delivering holistic, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Purdue Global, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Nevada State University, Dr. Vroman integrates clinical expertise with compassionate care to meet the unique mental health needs of individuals from all backgrounds.
Rooted in a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Dr. Vroman provides culturally responsive and trauma-informed care to underserved and marginalized communities. Their practice emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and advocacy, ensuring that every patient receives respectful, personalized treatment that honors their identity, values, and lived experience.
Dr. Vroman has experience treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD and substance use disorders. They work closely with individuals and families to promote wellness, resilience, and long-term recovery, using both medication management and therapeutic approaches tailored to each person's needs.
Whether in clinical practice, community outreach, or mental health education, Dr. Vroman remains committed to closing gaps in access and improving outcomes for all populations—one patient, one family, one community at a time.

Deborah L. Perkins is a highly accomplished and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience across diverse clinical settings, including mental health, family practice, urgent care, pediatrics, and correctional health. Currently serving patients at Mental Health Providers of Nevada, she specializes in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, group therapy coordination, and substance use recovery.
Deborah earned her Post-Master’s Certificate in Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training from California State University, Long Beach, and holds a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors. She also holds a BSN from Old Dominion University, and a BA in Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Throughout her career, Deborah has served in leadership roles including Charge Nurse at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and various hospitals across California and Washington, D.C. Her teaching experience includes serving as an adjunct RN instructor at West Coast University, guiding future nurses with her extensive clinical knowledge. She also served as a Clinical Research Nurse at the National Institutes of Health, contributing to groundbreaking research in ocular diseases.
A U.S. Army veteran and recipient of the Army Commendation Medal, Deborah is recognized for her dedication, professionalism, and advocacy for underserved populations. She is a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau and Golden Key International Honor Societies.
